www.thefirstleap.com fees are only applicable for the services provided and we do not sell or charge our customers for any hardware or software unless specifically notified and agreed.
You will be eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of your payment, if www.thefirstleap.com has not been able to resolve even a single issue brought up by you within the first 30 days of the subscription. Therefore, it is agreed by the parties that if there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this, www.thefirstleap.com may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of subscription fees after deducting relevant charges for servicing the Customer. Such relevant charges will be decided solely by www.thefirstleap.com depending on the services performed in the specific case.
CHARGE ON REFUND
We back our service with 100% satisfaction and resolution guarantee and hence our support representative will request you to sign a proof of delivery (POD) document post resolution, if this document is signed and request for refund is made post signing, there could be a charge of $50 and only balance amount will be refunded.
